40 professionals listed in Handelsblatt/Legal Success - Best Lawyers®
The renowned American publisher Best Lawyers® annually announces a list of the top commercial lawyers all over the world in over 40 commercial law and tax practice areas. The research team interviews distinguished experts and colleagues for their recommendations on which lawyers outside their own firms to whom they would refer work, if they could not take on the client themselves. These results form the basis for a publication in the German newspaper Handelsblatt.
POELLATH was named “Law Firm of the Year” for “Trusts and Succession Planning” in Germany. As regional “Lawyer of the Year 2022/2023”, Berlin partner Dr. Andreas Richter was honored for his outstanding achievements in the area of trusts and estate planning, his colleague Amos Veith for his superlative expertise in the area of private funds, Dr. Jens Steinmüller for his exceptional competence in advising investment funds (both in Berlin), as well as Frankfurt partner Dr. Georg Greitemann for his exemplary venture capital know-how in Hessen and, last but certainly not least, Munich partner Dr. Benedikt Hohaus for his excellent knowledge in the area of private equity law.
