P+P advises ZEISS on the establishment of a German-American Smart Glasses joint venture with Deutsche Telekom
The company named tooz technologies is based in the US and Germany. Financed at 50% each, the company assumes strategic and operational responsibility for the further development of ZEISS optical technology and Telekom's technology in the areas of connectivity and uninterrupted application.
