Who’s Who Legal Guide Germany 2021

The 2021 edition of Who’s Who Legal Germany lists the leading experts from more than 360 law firms in Germany. All listed lawyers and consulting experts have been recommended by their peers and clients as being the best in their field.

POELLATH is represented with a total of 15 listed partners: Andreas Richter excels as “Most Highly Regarded” lawyer for his private client advice and Matthias Bruse is listed as a leading advisor for both arbitration and M&A.

Munich partner Matthias Bruse’s advice on arbitration matters is assessed by sources as “excellent in post-M&A disputes”. He is “very active in proceedings”.

According to “impressed” sources, Matthias is also “a truly excellent M&A lawyer”. They applaud “his adept handling of high-value transactions and post-M&A disputes”. His colleague Otto Haberstock “stands out as a big name in the German market” for his “strong experience in commercial transactions”. “The very pragmatic” Jens Hörmann is “highly recommended” and “excels at advising companies on high-value M&A transactions”.
