Mondaq: Thought Leadership Award Autumn 2023 Germany

Two contributions from POELLATH were honored with this award: Berlin Partner Uwe Bärenz and other co-authors were included in the “Finance and Banking” section for the article: “Germany - Proposed Extension Of VAT Exemption For Management Of All Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)” and Dr. Hardy Fischer and his co-authors in the “Real Estate and Construction” section for the article: “Germany - Once Again: Real Estate Transfer Tax Reform On The Horizon”.

Previously, in spring 2023, associated partner Daniel Wiedmann was honored with a Thought Leadership Award for his article “Merger Control” (Germany), which was published in the “Comparative Guides” series.
