Handelsblatt/Legal Success - Best Lawyers: Top commercial lawyers in Germany 2018 (June 23, 2017)
The renowned American publisher Best Lawyers® annually announces a list of the top commercial lawyers all over the world in 40 commercial law and tax practice areas. The research team interviews distinguished experts and colleagues for their recommendations on which lawyers outside their own firms to whom they would refer work, if they could not take on the client themselves. These results form the basis for a publication in the German newspaper Handelsblatt.
P+P was named "Law Firm of the Year" for its private equity expertise. In total, 24 P+P attorneys and tax advisors are listed for their expertise, many of them repeatedly and often in more than one practice area. For the first time, Frankfurt-based counsel Jens Linde was included for his competence in project financing and development. In addition, the following attorneys were ranked as "Best Lawyers of the Year 2018" in their regions: the Munich-based partners Matthias Bruse for private equity, Reinhard Pöllath for trusts and succession planning, and the Frankfurt-based partner Dr. Andreas Rodin for his expertise in investment funds.
