Dr. Tobias Lochen

Tobias works in the area of private funds and advises on the structuring of alternative investment funds, with a special focus on cross-border structures between Germany and Luxembourg. His other practice areas include advice on supervisory law, in particular on registration and full authorization for capital management companies, as well as the distribution of fund units. In addition, he supervises fund managers and capital management companies throughout the entire life cycle of the fund and advises investors and fund service providers.
