Additional IT rules for fully licensed KVGs - “DORA” implementation underway

Increasing digitalization and the resulting dependence on information and communication technology (ICT) are constantly posing new challenges for the stability and security of IT systems. With the “Digital Operational Resilience Act” (DORA Regulation), the European Commission aims to harmonize the requirements for ICT resilience across Europe. The aim is to improve cyber security in the financial sector and increase digital operational stability.
