P+P advises VTC Industriebeteiligungen on acquisition of JK Group
JK primarily develops and operates tanning and irradiation equipment under the brand names "Ergoline", "BeautyAngel", "SunAngel", "Wellsystem" and "Virobuster". The applications of the equipment range from cosmetic tanning to natural collagen production, treatment of vitamin deficiency symptoms, skin diseases, as well as alleviation of orthopedic conditions with UV and near-infrared equipment, massage tables and air hygiene systems.
The JK Group has subsidiaries in France, the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada and the USA. With 335 employees, the corporate group realized a turnover of approx. EUR 100 million in 2016.
VTC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG is headquartered in Munich and solely invests its own resources. Currently, VTC's affiliated companies realize annual turnover of approx. EUR 750 million and employ 5,300 people.
