P+P advises the previous shareholders on the sale of Stylefile to SIGNA
Stylefile was founded in 2000 and is an internationally successful e-commerce company. Through its online shops with more than 20,000 items, Stylefile supplies around half a million active customers in more than 30 countries. The Stylefile group also includes the outdoor online shop Big Tree. Launched in 2014, the focus of the online shop is on the fast-growing market for outdoor clothing and accessories. For the first time in 2016, the group exceeded turnover of more than EUR 50 million.
