P+P advises PHINEO gAG on Susanne Klatten's SKala Initiative
P+P Pöllath + Partners advised the charitable organization PHINEO gAG on the legal and tax aspects of Susanne Klatten's SKala Initiative.
PHINEO is assuming the development and implementation of the Initiative, which will have a budget of up to EUR 100m over the next five years to support up to 100 charitable causes. PHINEO proposes projects to Susanne Klatten and she will decide which of these to promote. In choosing the projects, PHINEO refers to the knowledge and experience gained from researching almost 800 organizations.
