P+P advises KSG on the acquisition of Austrian company Häusermann GmbH

With effect as of 30 June 2017, KSG Leiterplatten GmbH, headquartered in Saxony, acquired Häusermann GmbH, based in Gars am Kamp in Lower Austria. In this cross-border transaction, these two successful and growing companies in the European circuit board industry join forces.

Both traditional companies look back on more than a hundred years of company history. KSG, which is managed by two shareholder families and now employs 730 people, has been manufacturing circuit boards from prototype to series for more than 60 years. With approx. 200 employees, Häusermann GmbH manufactures circuit boards and input devices for high-tech series. Together, the companies generate sales of around EUR 122 million per year. KSG will continue to run Hausermann GmbH as an independent subsidiary.
