P+P advises KME on its conversion into an SE
KME AG has been converted into a Societas Europaea (SE). The change of legal form to the SE was effective as of the date it was entered into the Commercial Register in February 2019. The management structure of KME SE will be maintained with a two-tier board, which has an executive board and a supervisory board.
KME SE is headquartered in Osnabrück and is part of the Italian INTEK group. With 15 manufacturing facilities in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, China and the U.S., KME SE is one of the world's largest manufacturers of products made of copper and copper alloys. Their three company divisions are divided into the copper division (pipe systems and rolled products), the special division (special products) and the brass division (brass products).
