P+P advises HPE Growth Capital on a financing round in tech startup uberall

The tech startup uberall has completed a series B financing round at approximately USD 25 million. The growth fund HPE Growth Capital successfully participated as new lead investor in the company. Other shareholders in the company include United Internet Ventures AG and Project A Ventures GmbH & Co. KG.

uberall GmbH is a digital location marketing company based in Berlin and San Francisco. The company is one of the world's leading providers for local online marketing and data management tools. For example, recorded company addresses and opening hours are checked and published on Internet platforms such as search engines or map services. The software also analyzes user feedback such as ratings and comments.

uberall will use the capital for product development, as well as for internationalization, in particular in the US.
