P+P advises EMERAM private equity funds on the acquisition of diva-e Digital Value Enterprise
diva-e Digital Value Enterprise was founded in 2015 as a merger of the six established e-commerce companies Ageto, First Colo, kom, Netpioneer, Textprovider and zeros+ones, each of which specialize in different e-business services and are leading suppliers in their fields. All shares were transferred to EMERAM.
diva-e is one of the largest e-business providers in Germany with turnover of approximately EUR 45 million and 380 employees.
