P+P advises Digital+ Partners on fund structuring and successful fundraising for "Digital Growth Fund I"
Digital+ Partners, located in Munich and specialized on growth capital for fast growing technology companies, closed its first fund "Digital Growth Fund I" at the stipulated maximum cap of EUR 350 million in subscribed capital. The initial target fund size of EUR 300 million was exceeded significantly.
The fund invests primarily in German "business-to-business" technology companies in the industry and financial technology sector. The fund creates in Germany an important asset class for financing the growth of companies with promising technologies in these sectors.
P+P Pöllath + Partners advised Digital+ Partners comprehensively on all corporate, regulatory and tax matters with regard to fund structuring and fundraising. P+P also conducted the negotiations with the institutional investors, including the European Investment Fund (EIF).
