P+P advises Ambienta on sale of Lakesight Technologies

The largest European sustainable investment fund, Ambienta SGR ("Ambienta"), has sold Lakesight Technologies ("Lakesight") to the innovative Dutch technology company, TKH Group NV ("TKH"). P+P Pöllath + Partners advised Ambienta within the scope of the transaction.

Ambienta is a European private equity fund operating out of Milan, Düsseldorf and London, focused on industrial growth investing in companies driven by environmental trends. Ambienta has completed twenty-eight investments to date in the areas of resource efficiency and pollution control throughout Europe.
Lakesight, headquartered in Germany, is a buy-and-build platform in the machine vision sector. The firm currently encompasses three companies: Tattile (Italy), Mikrotron (Germany) and Chromasens (Germany). Lakesight has 169 employees and in 2017 achieved sales of €41m and an EBITDA margin in excess of 20%.
