P+P advises ABN AMRO Ventures on Crosslend's EUR 35 million funding round

Berlin-based Fintech Crosslend has concluded a Series B funding round for 35 million Euro. P+P Pöllath + Partners advised ABN Amro Ventures as investor.

Santander Innoventures, the venture capital fund of the Santander banking group, led the funding round. In addition, the round includes new funding from the existing investors, ABN Amro Ventures and venture capital investors Lakestar and Earlybird.

Crosslend provides a marketplace for loans to banks, companies and asset managers. In addition to loans to SMEs, it also handles consumer loans, invoices and mortgages. According to data provided by Crosslend, the total volume of the loans managed since the start of the platform, which finances itself from transaction fees, already amounts to "several hundred million Euros".
