POELLATH, Springer/Kuss and Momentum advise SOLCOM on sale to House of HR
In cooperation with Springer/Kuss, POELLATH advised the shareholders of SOLCOM, a German expert in IT and engineering recruiting, on its sale to House of HR, a leading European human resources service group. Momentum comprehensively advised SOLCOM. The transaction closed at the end of January 2022.
Founded in 1994 and based in Reutlingen, SOLCOM is a leading IT service provider specializing in connecting companies with freelance experts in IT and engineering. The company operates 6 locations in Germany with around 250 employees and is one of the most dynamic companies in the industry.
