POELLATH advises yoummday on EUR 30 million financing round
The Munich-based start-up provides corporate customers with freelance telephone agents and now has over 200 permanent employees and 35,000 telephone agents on its books at its locations in Munich, Halle/Saale, Berlin and Sofia. According to industry estimates, sales have continuously doubled in recent years, most recently to a high double-digit million figure.
Armira is a Munich-based holding group that invests in established, market-leading, high-growth companies in Europe, with a focus on family businesses and technology.
Project A Ventures, based in Berlin with over USD 600 million in assets under management, invests in digital companies. In addition to capital, with a team of 100 in-house experts the investor also provides portfolio companies with operational support in the areas of product, growth, data and people. Since 2012, Project A has invested in more than 100 companies.
