POELLATH advises Weifu in collaboration with Fangda Partners on acquisition of vacuum and hydraulic pump business in Italy and China from Robert Bosch
The transaction is governed by German law and includes all shares in Vacuum and Hydraulic Product Italy (VHIT) and its Chinese subsidiary VHIT Automotive Systems Wuxi, as well as certain production facilities currently operating in Brazil.
Weifu was founded in 1958 and is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts in China. VHIT is a leading global supplier of pumps and valves for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
Robert Bosch GmbH is a German company founded in 1886 by Robert Bosch, with legal domicile in Stuttgart and headquarters in Gerlingen. Its activities include automotive supply, industrial technology (Rexroth), consumer goods (power tools, household appliances) and energy and building technology (thermal technology, security systems).
