POELLATH advises VALLEY IT GROUP on acquisition of integer GmbH
VALLEY IT GROUP, a leading German IT services buy-&-build platform, has acquired integer GmbH (“integer”), a full-service IT provider based in Schrobenhausen. The transaction closed this year at the end of July. POELLATH provided VALLEY IT GROUP with comprehensive legal and tax advice in connection with the acquisition.
Based in Schrobenhausen (near Munich), the company’s services range from classic, managed services in IT operations for companies and the public sector to highly specialized solutions and concepts in IT security. IT strategy consulting and CIO services for the successful digitalization of business processes complete its portfolio. Integer’s customer base includes small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), industry, the manufacturing sector and public sector clients.
VALLEY IT GROUP supports its customers in their digital transformation as a managed service provider (MSP).
