POELLATH advises on strategic partnership at Lawpilots
The shareholders of Lawpilots, a leading expert for legal-regulatory e-learning in German-speaking countries, have entered a strategic partnership with the Berlin-based investment company Flex Capital.
Kathrin Schürmann and Simone Rosenthal, the two founders of Lawpilots, plan to digitalize the German legal market with Flex Capital and to make the complex regulatory requirements in Europe manageable by establishing an alternative legal services group. The goal is also to establish a so-called RegTech platform. RegTech (Regulatory Technology) refers to the use of technology to overcome regulatory challenges and optimize compliance processes.
