Dr. Andreas Reuther

Andreas is an expert in labor law and advises companies on all issues of individual and collective labor law. He focuses on restructuring, M&A transactions and transfers of business, as well as supervising any related negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans. He also represents companies in proceedings before arbitration committees and labor courts. In addition, Andreas regularly advises on compensation issues and work council matters as well as on drafting of employment and service contracts and the avoidance of false self-employment.
