Kearney, an international management consultancy, has acquired Project Partners Management GmbH (“Project Partners”), an expert in the field of SAP transformation. With this acquisition, Kearney continues its growth course in the DACH region and adds comprehensive SAP S/4HANA implementation services to its global service offering. Simultaneously, by integrating with Kearney, Project Partners will expand its range of services worldwide and provide its clients with even more comprehensive support in digital transformation. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of Project Partners in connection with the sale.
Project Partners, based in Grünwald near Munich, is an IT consulting firm specializing in the implementation and optimization of complex IT systems. The focus is on IT project management, particularly the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This includes process analysis, selection of the appropriate system and final implementation. Project Partners has successfully executed more than 400 projects to date.
Kearney is one of the leading global management consultancies and was founded in Chicago in 1926. The company is now represented in more than 40 countries. Kearney serves a variety of industries, including manufacturing, finance, energy and healthcare. The acquisition of Project Partners is part of Kearney’s global growth strategy, which it has steadily pursued in recent years through numerous acquisitions, such as Cervello, Prokura, Optano and TEAMS Design.
