POELLATH advises PIA GmbH on sale of DYMATRIX GmbH to Paragon Partners

PIA GmbH (“PIA”), a portfolio company of funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, has sold DYMATRIX GmbH (“DYMATRIX”) to Paragon Partners. As part of the takeover, DYMATRIX’s existing management will remain responsible for operations. POELLATH provided legal and tax advice to the seller side in the context of the transaction.

DYMATRIX is a leading provider of software-as-a-service solutions for data-driven, AI-supported customer experience management. With many years of expertise in omnichannel marketing, DYMATRIX uses its Customer Experience Platform (CXP) to help companies personalize customer experiences in real time – based on real interactions and supplemented by AI-supported analysis and predictions. This enables the creation of targeted campaigns that automatically reach customers at the right moment, through the right channel and with relevant content.
