POELLATH supported a non-profit limited liability company regarding the fulfilment of existing obligations.

The company is a subisidiary of an US-501(c)(3) non-profit organisation and is doing business in the field of development cooperation. The advice covers various aspects in the areas of payroll tax, accounting and financial reporting, social security, foreign trade regulations and labour law.
