POELLATH advises Maxburg on partnership with slashwhy

The investment company Maxburg Beteiligungen IV GmbH & Co. KG (“Maxburg”), advised by Maxburg Capital Management GmbH, has entered into a partnership with slashwhy GmbH & Co. KG (“slashwhy”), a specialist in customized software development. Together with Maxburg, slashwhy aims to continue driving the company’s development and set the course for the development of new, exciting markets. The goal is to play a key role in shaping digitalization in industries with future potential, while scaling slashwhy’s business model based on key factors such as agility, user centricity and lived values. The current managing directors Kai Bergmann, Dr. Christina Niemöller and Dr. Joachim Wilharm will continue to lead slashwhy in the future. POELLATH advised Maxburg on tax law matters in connection with the transaction.

Founded in 2020 and based in Osnabrück, slashwhy is a software company in the field of individual development of user-centric software applications.
