POELLATH advises HNWI on estate planning regarding the avoidance of claims to a compulsory share
POELLATH has given comprehensive advice to a German HNWI living abroad regarding his estate planning with a focus on reducing the risk of unwanted claims to a compulsory share under German law. Together with foreign advisors this included the drafting of a last will and further documents. The matter involved the laws of England, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
