POELLATH advises Eckert & Ziegler on its conversion into a SE
Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und Medizintechnik AG has been converted into a Societas Europaea (SE). The change of legal form to the SE was effective as of the date it was entered into the Commercial Register in March 2024. The management structure of Eckert & Ziegler SE will be maintained with a two-tier board, which has an executive board and a supervisory board.
The Berlin-based Eckert & Ziegler Group is one of the world’s largest providers of isotope technology for medical, scientific and industrial use. The core businesses of the Group are cancer therapy, industrial radiometry and nuclear-medical imaging. The two business segments are: Medical and Isotope Products.
