POELLATH advises corporate foundation on endowments and amendments to the foundation statute

POELLATH provided legal and tax advice to coporate foundation.

The advice centered on an endowment in the form of company shares (company value approx. EUR 10 billion), taking into account  the requirements of non-profit law in particular. POELLATH also advised the corporate foundation on amendments to the foundation statute with regard to the reforms of foundation and non-profit law.
