POELLATH advises the buyer on acquisition of HPC Group

Ginger Group (“Ginger”), the French leader in independent, committed engineering, has acquired HPC Group (“HPC”), a leading German player in environmental engineering. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details. The integration of HPC into the Ginger Group strengthens Ginger’s position as the European leader in environmental and infrastructure engineering, securing its presence in the three largest markets in the European Union.

Ginger Group, based in Elancourt (France), is a leading French engineering company. Its core fields include soil engineering and geosciences, construction and materials technology, environmental technology, industrial process engineering and international development cooperation. With over 3,500 employees worldwide, the company is active in more than 150 countries and serves approximately 5,000 customers.

HPC, based in Harburg (Swabia, Germany), is one of Europe’s leading environmental technology companies. The company offers a wide range of services in land recycling, environmental consulting and infrastructure planning, including geotechnics and mining, residential water and groundwater management, renewable energies and sustainability. HPC has 50 locations in 9 European countries and employs more than 800 people.
