Moreover, in real estate, Matthias Durst is "well-known in the real estate law community as a very accomplished practitioner" with expertise in project development and financing. Stefan Lebek is "highly recommended for his work in relation to leasehold purchase contracts, asset and share deals and commercial tenancy law" and known as a "favourite among clients". Munich partner Wolfram Pätzold is "immensely talented" and advises major commercial clients on "complex real estate transactions and project development".
