Alexander Pfefferler

Alexander has worked with POELLATH since 2020. His field of advisory includes mergers & acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions. In addition to transactional work, Alexander also advises on ongoing corporate law, capital market law and insider trading issues. 

In his previous position as an associate of a leading US-American law firm, he was part of the corporate and private equity team and gained valuable experience in transactions in the areas of real estate, healthcare, automotive, IT and payment services, among others.
