Practice
Joshua is a member of the private funds practice in Frankfurt and advises on national and international fund tax and fund regulatory issues. He is the author of various specialist publications and a lecturer at various faculties where he teaches fund structuring and fund investments. His range of advisory services includes comprehensive support for fund sponsors in all legal matters relating to the financial product “fund”, as well as comprehensive support for investors in fund investments and secondary transactions. He supports sponsors and investors throughout the entire lifetime of the fund product.
