In arbitration, Munich counsel Alice Broichmann is commended for being "professional yet approachable" and "is praised for being well-received by clients".
In M&A, one of P+P's core areas, Munich partners Matthias Bruse and Reinhard Pöllath are both highly recommended experts. Matthias is seen as a "true specialist", who "represents private equity clients and family-owned businesses", and Reinhard has a "prestigious reputation in the market".
Reinhard Pöllath is also applauded for his expertise in corporate governance as "highly proficient in a full range of corporate governance matters. Peers regard him as professional and personable and praise him for his significant experience".
He receives additional praise for his corporate tax advice, alongside his colleagues Thomas Töben and Andreas Rodin. Reinhard is "highly sought after for his tax expertise", while Andreas "concentrates on private funds and tax law and is a leader in the field".

Moreover, in real estate, Matthias Durst is "well-known in the real estate law community as a very accomplished practitioner" with expertise in project development and financing. Stefan Lebek is "highly recommended for his work in relation to leasehold purchase contracts, asset and share deals and commercial tenancy law" and known as a "favourite among clients".
