Three lawyers at the Federal Court of Justice and the dwindling hopes of Kabel Deutschland shareholders

The former shareholders of Kabel Deutschland can probably no longer expect a higher offer for their shares. This was decided by the Federal Court of Justice, which exonerated the Vodafone Group in its ruling and also clarified some of the methods used to value companies in appraisal proceedings.
