P+P names new partner Peter Bujotzek
With the appointment of Peter Bujotzek, LL.M. (tax law, private funds, Frankfurt), P+P Pöllath + Partners again names one of its counsel as partner at the beginning of the new year. Peter Bujotzek, LL.M. has been connected to P+P for many years and further reinforces the partner base in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich.

Peter Bujotzek, LL.M. will be the ninth partner in the private funds practice, a practice area which the firm has continually expanded for a number of years. He advises on the interface between funds and tax law. P+P's Frankfurt funds practice has grown significantly in recent years.
In Frankfurt, Peter Bujotzek, LL.M. advises on tax law, in particular on private equity fund structuring and investment tax law. He recently advised on the first closing of ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund II, which successfully closed with an investment volume of over EUR 500m.
