New member of the P+P Pöllath + Partners management board
Berlin partner Andreas Richter, LL.M. was selected as a member of the firm's management board during the partners' meeting; his term begins on January 1, 2016. Richter takes over this position from Berlin partner Amos Veith, LL.M., who left the board at the end of the appointed, rotating three-year term.
Andreas Richter, LL.M., joined P+P Pöllath + Partners in 2001. He advises family offices, entrepreneurial families and foundations on legal, tax and strategic questions and international structuring issues. Asset succession and company succession are a primary focus in this respect. Richter has recently been working more frequently out of P+P's Frankfurt office.
Alongside Andreas Richter, LL.M., the Munich partners Benedikt Hohaus and Michael Inhester continue in their roles as managing partners. Established in 2010, the board has three managing partners that rotate in three-year terms. The duty of the management board is to plan, organize and execute essential firm projects, as well as coordinate the strategic direction of the firm.
