POELLATH advises Marvel Fusion on financing round of EUR 35 million

To date, the company has raised a total of EUR 60 million. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal advice to Marvel Fusion as part of the current financing round.

Founded in 2019, energy pioneer Marvel Fusion is working on a novel technology to decisively accelerate the commercialization of fusion as an energy source. This technology could generate unlimited, CO2-free energy in the future without leaving persistent radioactive waste as a byproduct. The company plans to use the new funding to further develop the science and expedite its experimental roadmap.
