Property tax: First ruling confirms federal model

Original: “Grundsteuer: Erstes Urteil bestätigt Bundesmodell”

A case was heard before the Cologne tax court regarding the valuation of a property in North Rhine-Westphalia. The action was brought against a decision on the determination of the property tax value as at 1.1.2022 in accordance with the federal model.
