Corporate Governance 2024: Chapter Germany

Dr. Eva Nase and Dr. Kay-Uwe Neumann contributed the Germany Chapter to this year´s Chambers Global Practice Guide Corporate Governance. The article outlines the structure of Corporate Governance considering the different legal forms of companies in Germany, with a focus on Stock Corporations. Furthermore, the article summarizes the most important trends, developments and legislative reforms in this area, such as Corporate Sustainability Reporting or the Financing for the Future Act.
