The recently published International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Corporate Governance gives practical insight into cross-border corporate governance. For the 2022 edition, Eva Nase and Stefanie Jahn contributed the chapter for Germany, in which they outline current topical issues in corporate governance for different legal forms of companies in Germany.
