AIFMD review - The final draft is available
On November 25, 2021, the EU Commission published its proposal for a directive to amend the AIFM Directive and the UCITS Directive. However, the amendments only supplement the directives selectively, among other things with the aim of continuing to harmonize them. Here is an overview of the main changes.
