S&L specializes in entertainment marketing in Germany. The company supervises film distributors, cinema operators, TV broadcasters and home entertainment publishers through the entire value chain and offers its clients comprehensive communications solutions. In the future, S&L would like to focus on the content, marketing and communications segments.
BTI Stockholm is one division of the worldwide BTI company group and is Sweden's largest company for localization of media content, subtitling and synchronization. The company offers high-end services to many broadcasters, VoD platforms and producers.
The execution of the transaction is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
