P+P advises shareholders of AZUBIYO on sale to FUNKE MEDIENGRUPPE
AZUBIYO GmbH, headquartered in Munich, is a recruiting platform and currently provides 32,000 apprenticeships. AZUBIYO brings students together with the appropriate employers, training placements and dual studies courses based on a scientific matching method.
The FUNKE MEDIENGRUPPE is becoming the best media corporation in Germany. The focus is on two business areas: regional media and women's and TV magazines and their intelligent integration with digital services. More than 1,500 journalists and 4,000 "media-makers" work at FUNKE.
In Germany, the company publishes twelve daily newspapers in Berlin, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Thuringia. In the magazine sector, FUNKE is one of the largest suppliers on the market.
