P+P advises Schleich's management on sale of the Schleich Group to Partners Group
The German toy company has a rich tradition; it is headquartered in Schwäbisch Gmünd in Baden-Württemberg and markets its 600+ toys in more than 50 countries through approximately 40,000 points of sale. Schleich had gross turnover of almost EUR 185 million in 2018.
Ardian acquired the stake in Schleich in May 2014 from the private equity firm HgCapital.
