P+P advises the management of Halex Holding on sale to Bencis Capital

H2 Equity Partners ("H2") has sold Halex Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries ("Halex") to Bencis Capital Partners ("Bencis").

Halex was founded in 1990 and is now a German industrial group with two business divisions. The company is one of the leading manufacturers of aluminum extrusion dies and provider of metal hardening and heat treatment services in Europe. Halex has 12 locations in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Romania and employs approx. 460 employees.

Founded in 1991, H2 Equity Partners is an independent private equity firm headquartered in the Netherlands. H2 specializes in investments in Benelux, Germany and Great Britain.

Bencis was founded in 1999 and is an independent investment firm with offices in Amsterdam, Brussels/Diegem and Düsseldorf. It focuses on investments in companies in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium with operating results of up to EUR 50 million.
