P+P advises the management of Gastrofix on sale to Lightspeed
The Canadian company Lightspeed POS Inc. (TSX: LSPD) has acquired Gastrofix GmbH. P+P advised the management of Gastrofix on the transaction.
Gastrofix GmbH was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Berlin. According to the company's statement, the iPad POS system is one of the most successful in Europe.
Lightspeed (TSX: LSPD), headquartered in Montréal, Canada, is one of the leading Omnichannel-POS-Platforms, with almost 74,000 customer locations in over 100 countries around the world. With Gastrofix's customers, the Canadian company strengthens its presence in Europe, inter alia in Germany, Austria and Norway.
