The Munich-based software company IDnow GmbH develops and markets solutions for secure electronic identification of persons, as well as secure electronic signatures on contracts on the Internet. IDnow GmbH guarantees that its solutions are legally compliant in every respect and is consistently focused on the respectively current data protection regulations. IDnow's services are primarily offered to banks and financial institutions that procure new clients online and that are liable for legitimacy and identification verifications. These include direct banks, modern branch banks, providers of credit and financing, as well as credit card companies. Throughout Europe, more than 40 financial service providers rely on IDnow's identification systems.
