In 2011, CPS was founded in Berlin by Achim Bönsch, Sebastian Seifert and Florian Swoboda. The company develops and markets the online cash settlement platforms "Barzahlen" and "Viacash" and is now Germany's largest private payment infrastructure with retail partners such as REWE, dm, real and Rossmann, as well as customers from the online retail market, gaming, energy supply and banking sectors. CPS also operates Barzahlen in Austria and Switzerland.
GLORY, headquartered in Himeji, Japan, is a pioneer in the development and manufacturing of machines and systems for processing cash. The company was founded in 1918 and is listed on the stock exchange in Tokyo. The company uses the latest recognition and mechatronics technology to offer a variety of products such as, for example, cash processing machines, cash management systems, vending machines and automated service equipment. GLORY serves the retail, vending machine, entertainment and gambling industries in more than 100 countries.
